One of the greatest compliments I've received since I opened JudyPie, was being toldthat I "make pecan pie just like my Mother use to make."  We have a few variations, but nice as it is its also nice to mix things up sometimes with chocolate or bourbon.   There's also much to be said for the clean taste and sweet flavor of traditional Pecan Pie.  In addition to capping off holiday meals, it is also a great way to end a summer get together.
